Finance Executive

About the role

Job Description: 1) Oversees all daily accounting activities 2) Oversees the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities 3) Provides Financial reporting to management 4) Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss 5) Acts as a liaison and coordinates with the relevant regulatory authorities on various statutory 6) Ensures all statutory and tax returns are prepared and filed in an accurate and timely manner 7) Oversees the annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts / financial statements and reports for compliance with local government regulations and relevant financial and accounting standards 8) Manages cash flow forecasting and control processes 9) Maintains organized set of detailed records of all financial transactions 10) Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management Job Requirements: 1) Min. Polytechnic Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 2) At least 5 Years of working experience in local construction firm is required 3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
