Mgr, Product Manager, PFS

Responsibilities

• Financial Performance
• Accountable for product P&L and delivery of annual business targets, in collaboration with sales, distribution, and support units.
• Product Development
• Design, develop, and launch new product variants. Drive end-to-end execution, ensuring readiness across systems, processes, compliance, and legal approvals.
• Product Management
• Oversee portfolio performance, including product lifecycle, feature enhancements, migrations, and upgrades. Respond to customer and internal queries on products and promotions.
• Cost & Profitability Management
• Optimize product competitiveness while managing reward costs and feature expenses. Balance customer value with cost efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Marketing & Communications
• Drive product visibility through ATL and BTL campaigns. Enhance value propositions via targeted promotions and initiatives.
• Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Review and update frameworks as needed.
