PSA is looking for a motivated individual to serve as the Deputy Unit Chief of Labor and Employee Relations. To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience related to the duties of the position comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level. Specialized experience is defined as serving as a technical expert to an agency in labor and employee relations on matters to include, but not limited to, collective bargaining and negotiations with the union, and making recommendations to senior agency officials on sensitive and complex personnel issues. NOTE: Your resume must clearly show the specialized experience related to this position. Failure to demonstrate how you possess the experience requirements will result in an "Ineligible" rating.
