JOB PURPOSE PHINIA is seeking a Workplace & Collaboration Experience Lead to design and deliver an intuitive, secure, and productive technology experience for all employees-across plants, offices, and field teams. This role owns the strategy, governance, and adoption of the workplace and collaboration ecosystem (devices, M365/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Viva, meeting rooms/AV, self‑service), drives PHINfo (PHINIA's chatbot) as the first line of support to enable shift‑left, and leads persona‑based service design, communications, and change programs that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and collaboration at global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PHINIA's workplace & collaboration strategy across devices, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Exchange Online), meeting rooms/AV, and self ‑ service experiences.
  • Own PHINfo (PHINIA's chatbot) adoption, content quality, and outcomes-position it as the primary entry point for support; enable shift ‑ left with automation, guided workflows, and knowledge.
  • Define and enforce governance, security, and usage standards (naming, lifecycle, templates, retention, DLP, external sharing) for collaboration platforms in partnership with Security and Governance.
  • Drive persona ‑ driven journey design (onboarding, provisioning, hybrid work, frontline/plant use cases); prioritize roadmap by impact and user feedback.
  • Manage user communications-monthly IT Spotlights, tips & tricks, release highlights, adoption campaigns, and change communications.
  • Modernize endpoint and collaboration foundations: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot zero ‑ touch, device lifecycle optimization, and policy baselines for Windows/macOS/mobile.
  • Lead meeting space modernization and reliability (Teams Rooms/AV, room booking, digital signage, hybrid meeting standards) with clear deployment and support models.
  • Integrate collaboration tools with enterprise systems (identity/SSO, HRIS, ITSM, document & records mgmt, line ‑ of ‑ business apps) and ensure accessibility and compliance.
  • Enable automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, bots) to streamline business processes and reduce ticket volumes.
  • Monitor experience and adoption analytics (CSAT, XLAs, usage/capacity, ticket deflection, PHINfo resolution) and execute improvements based on insights.
  • Maintain platform documentation-architecture diagrams, governance playbooks, runbooks, templates, and KB articles-kept current and searchable.
  • Manage vendors/MSPs, licensing, and roadmaps; evaluate new features/DEX tools/AI companions and lead pilots with measurable success criteria.
  • Partner with HR, Security, Facilities, Communications, Service Desk, and Infrastructure to deliver cohesive cross ‑ functional experiences and site rollouts.
  • Lead training/enablement for champions and end users; scale digital adoption through tailored learning pathways and change programs.
  • Ensure audit, data protection, and compliance alignment across workplace and collaboration platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-12+ years in digital workplace, collaboration platforms, end ‑ user computing, or employee experience - ideally in distributed/multi ‑ plant environments
