Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Engage business users and stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

  • Testing & User Support
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases.
  • Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support users during system implementation and post-implementations activities.
  • Assist in preparing user guides and training materials.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze business, financial and operational data.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and business insights.
  • Support management decision-making through data analysis.
  • Regulatory& Compliance Support
  • Support projects involving:
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Data privacy requirements
  • Internal audit controls
  • Risk management policies
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build effective relationships with business users and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business issues.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Recommend digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate business benefits following implementation.
  • Undertake any other assignments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline
  • Preferably 1 - 5 years of relevant working experience in application development, business systems implementation and/or IT project management.
  • Preferably with good technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, supporting and maintaining IT systems using Oracle Database, SQL, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint .
  • Good exposure to emerging technologies, IT innovations, enterprise applications and digital solutions
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, system implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI or Crystal report will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
  • A proactive team player with excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices will be an advantage.
  • Experience in IT networks, servers and infrastructure administration will be an advantage.
