Netomi is looking for a strong operator to build and lead the accounting function at a critical stage of scale. This person will own the close, elevate the company from lightweight cash-based processes toward disciplined accrual accounting, improve controls, and create a finance operating backbone that management and investors can trust. This is not a maintenance role. The right candidate is hands-on, systems-minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build clean processes in a fast-moving enterprise AI environment. Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally across a mix of public accounting and high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP, monthly close, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• Experience building or upgrading accounting processes in a company that moved from scrappy to more institutional.
• Comfort working directly with finance leadership, founders, and cross-functional business partners.
• Strong systems orientation; experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or comparable ERP tools, plus spend tools such as Ramp, Brex, or Expensify.
• Hands-on mindset with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
• CPA strongly preferred.
