Position Summary As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring support with plumbing parts, installations, and after-sales service. This role requires strong technical knowledge of plumbing components, the ability to troubleshoot installation issues, and a customer-first mindset to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will support both functional and decorative plumbing product lines, ensuring accurate guidance and timely issue resolution. What's in it for you? - Records and processes inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through personal customer contact.
- Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing parts and service is required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, systems, and installation processes
- Experience supporting finished goods, including decorative plumbing products (faucets, fixtures, trims, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts breakdowns, and component diagrams
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in developing innovative Customer Service initiatives
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with customers
- Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
- Shift: Monday - Friday and working every other Saturday OR Tuesday to Saturday.
