Responsibilities
- BAU Process Management: Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
- Operational & Reporting: Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
Requirements
- Essential: Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years.
- Desirable: Project Management Officer having operational support exposure in his previous roles
- Competencies:
- Candidate should have prior exposure/experience for running projects at operational levels in his/her BAU capacity
