About the role
Roku is looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to join the Platform Finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Platform FP&A, this role partners closely with Roku's senior management, business, and product teams to drive strategic deals, partnerships, and investments. Responsibilities
- Lead financial evaluation of deals and platform partnerships, including reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Analyze markets, assess opportunities and build frameworks to drive executive decisioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, corp dev, sales and product to structure scalable, commercially viable agreements
- Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario/sensitivity) and translate deal economics into forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans
- Prepare executive-ready materials and provide finance insight during negotiations
- Support valuation analyses for M&A and strategic investments; advise on capital allocation and portfolio prioritization
- Provide finance insight during negotiations to optimize enterprise value

- 10+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance
- Expertise in M&A, complex multi-year deals, partnerships, and enterprise-wide financial impact
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and risk assessment
- Strong business judgment, deal intuition, and executive communication & storytelling with numbers, pitch decks
- BA in Finance/Economics, MBA a plus
