Responsibilities
- Source and manage end-to-end procurement of provisions, consumables, spares, equipment, and repair services to support offshore operations in the Asia Pacific region and beyond
- Collaborate with Offshore, Logistics, Head of Procurement Services, and APAC teams to implement regional Procurement Services strategy
- Evaluate multiple commercial quotes and bids to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Negotiate competitive vendor rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate delivery logistics to align with project requirements
- Manage supplier risk assessments and mitigate procurement supply chain risks

- Maintain and update approved vendor records, ensuring procurement through vetted and compliant vendors
- Assist in invoice verification, goods receipt processing, and related administrative duties
- Support audits by ensuring procurement traceability and maintaining accurate documentation
- Prepare procurement reports and analyses for management review
- Achieve assigned objectives and KPIs while delivering high service levels to internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensure procurement compliance across the organization and global supply chain
- Manage supply chain risks by logging and resolving vendor issues and service failures
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate procurement activities
- Educate vendors on Inchcape's business requirements, policies, and terms and conditions
- Provide stakeholders with vendor pricing information for global and local commercial tenders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Procurement Officer or Regional CEO
- Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills applied to procurement activities
- Vendor audit capabilities and knowledge of QHSSE standards
- Experience in offshore, dry docking, or marine procurement environments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
- Understanding of logistics incoterms and port agency coordination
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive self-starter with an innovative mindset
- Commitment to strong ethical values and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Eligibility to work in the relevant office location

- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated in procurement or related functions
