Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of small, mid-size, and large group EB clients
- Provides day to day service
- Oversees renewals
- Ensures compliance
- Supports open enrollment, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver strategic benefit solutions.
Requirements
- High School degree required, college preferred
- Benefit Account Manager experience
- LAH license
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
