- Manage version control and change management for BRD and FSD throughout the engagement; assess every client-induced change request for timeline impact within five business days.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, data engineering program management, or enterprise systems delivery.
- Demonstrated experience authoring and owning Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for complex AI/BI or enterprise systems integration programs.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, connector integration patterns, API specifications, and data normalization practices.
- Experience leading UAT and BAT cycles for platform releases in enterprise environments, including defect management and client sign-off processes.
- Proficiency with project management and backlog tools; ability to maintain integrated project plans across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to produce traceable requirements documentation, release plans, and risk registers.
- Experience managing post-delivery incremental release programs with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Requirements
- Experience with AI platform deployment projects involving RAG knowledge bases, Agent-Assist tooling, or intelligent routing configuration.
- Background in SAP ecosystem integrations (SD, QM, CRM, BW) and understanding of ECC vs. S/4HANA integration complexity.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture and AI agent real-time data access design.
- Experience designing executive-layer analytics: dimensional hierarchies, KPI definitions, and automated insight narrative specifications.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Project Manager (Technical PM) is the technical engagement lead for all BRD, FSD, and UAT activities, working in close partnership with the Forward Deployed Engineer. This individual owns the data pipeline architecture documentation, connector and MCP specifications, endpoint design, analytics requirements, and the post-Day 90 incremental release program. The Technical PM is both a technical thinker and an operational coordinator - responsible for ensuring that every requirement is traceable, every release is tested, and every stakeholder is aligned on the program's forward roadmap.
