Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test strategy, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications such as Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud and custom apps.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience of at least 10 years in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud features (Mandatory)
- Experience of preparing test plan and writing test cases
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright . (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.
- Experience of conducting load and performance tests.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands on experience of using JIRA and similar tools.
- Experience of playing client facing role.
