Regional Safety Manager - Retail & Store Operations

Requirements

• ✔ Experience: 3-5+ years in safety, loss prevention, or operations support within retail, convenience store, food service, or other customer-facing multi-site environments
• ✔ Industry Focus: Experience managing safety in fast-paced, high-volume retail or store operations strongly preferred
• ✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Health & Safety, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• ✔ Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations, with ability to apply them in store-level operations and day-to-day retail activities
• ✔ Program Execution: Experience supporting or implementing safety programs, audits, inspections, and training across multiple locations
• ✔ Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence store managers and frontline teams to drive a positive safety culture
• ✔ Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends in incidents, address risks, and support practical, store-friendly solutions
• ✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident tracking/reporting systems
• Preferred Certifications
• CSP or ASP (or in progress)
• OSHA 10-Hour (General Industry)
• First Aid/CPR/AED
• Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel regularly across GA, NC, and SC to support store locations
• Comfortable working in active retail environments, including conducting walk-throughs and inspections (standing, walking, lifting to 25-35 lbs.)
