Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business

  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales process. Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Reach Sales Targets
  • Demonstrate consistent performance by meeting or exceeding established revenue goals through strategic planning and client engagement.
  • Stay Current in the Industry
  • Keep up with evolving HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor activity to strengthen your knowledge and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and service processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly self-driven with a results-oriented approach
  • Experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
