Caseworker Salary: £31,587 - £37,161 pa Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (working two days per week in our Birmingham Office) Contract: Fixed-term contract - Maternity cover for up to 12 months Hours: Full-time If you can evidence proven customer service skills and are looking for a career in which you make a difference every day, a role as a Caseworker within our Rule 4 disclosure team in Fitness to Practise, offers a rewarding career with significant development opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for those raising concerns about dental professionals. Caseworkers play an essential role in supporting our remit to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK. You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressing cases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Person Specification: Successful candidates will have proven experience of: - Ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained with written correspondence and documents. - Prioritising work independently, managing own workload and using initiative and problem-solving skills to manage competing demands, to ensure high-quality investigations. - Working flexibly in a team, assisting others and encouraging team morale.
