Job's mission As a Lead II, Program Management at ASM, you will play a critical role in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex semiconductor capital equipment programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and successful execution of global product commercialization initiatives. What you will be working on Define and manage overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful execution through all product lifecycle phases, including global tool delivery Drive program execution plans and deliverables to meet critical milestones from concept development to high-volume production Facilitate regular program review meetings, communicate program status, and proactively identify risks, gaps, and required support Track progress against program objectives, timelines, and key deliverables with strong accountability Establish and monitor program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across successive product introductions Act as a key stakeholder in corporate strategic initiatives related to product commercialization and process optimization Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
