Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success team by managing contract cycle and building renewal quotes
  • -Ensure deal structure is in alignment with the contracted subscriptions to be renewed
  • Respond to CSM inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices
  • Follow up as required to manage process through booking of renewal, including order processing as needed
  • Verify that the data from contracts is aligned to the financial models and that the appropriate approvals are in place.
  • Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.
  • Support various aspects of the quote-to-cash cycle as needed, including opportunity creation and order management

Requirements

  • Process and quality oriented with attention to detail
  • Experience & Requirements
  • 4 or more years' experience in sales operations
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Prior experience working with quoting, subscriptions and contracts
  • Prior experience working with channel partners a plus
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

This position will play a cross functional role between Sales Team, Manufacturing, Channel Team, Operations, and Billing.
