Clinical Education and Training Specialist - Benelux (Remote/Flexible)

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of initiating training contracts with Clinic's as well as individual Certified Pod Trainers
• Follow through with legal counsel regarding contractual concerns or changes and ensure that all contracts are accurate and complete.
• Work with purchasing department in order to set up contracted clinics and individual CPTs for payment in our system
• Work in conjunction with Accounts Payable department to answer any questions regarding payments that arise from clinic contracts or individual CPTs
• Maintain both electronic and paper database of all currently contracted offices and CPTs
• Manage the process of setting up CPTs in Salesforce for certification on our product/s
• Set up of CPTs with appropriate systems and access (Salesforce Portal, DocuSign, WebEx etc.)
• Manage Training Portal to ensure all new customers are trained in a timely manner
• Assist with managing calls and emails from our CPT's and Contracted Clinics
• Deal well with HCP's to effectively address, manage and/or route their needs to the
• appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Services Manager
• Manage CPT Portal to ensure all payments and paperwork is complete and payments are made in a timely manner.
• Auditing of submitted training paperwork prior to approval to ensure compliance with all guidelines
• Ability to be flexible with regard to handling priority activities to support the Commercial Team.

• Education and Experience:
• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience in field/office management role
• Preferred Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and create innovative solutions to support the Sales Team.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamic AX, Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel, Access.
• Physical Requirements (if applicable):
• This position may require up to 50% travel in order to facilitate key meetings and events.

• Works with the sales and clinical team in region to build knowledge, confidence and competence to drive clinical excellence and help to achieve increased uptake of Omnipod and achieve goals
• Delivers new product launch training in region to Internal teams in conjunction with other commercial functions
• Delivery of education programmes for internal clinical and sales teams in region, to drive expertise and achieve a best in class service to our customers
• Delivers digital, virtual and face to face training in both group and individual settings.
• Creation of educational material and use of the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework for approval of content. Training to be provided.
• Assists with sales events such as pump clinics, pump support groups, info sessions, in-the-office educational events, patient info nights, JDRF walks, vendor days, etc for both HCP's and PwD
• Promotes the benefits of insulin pump therapy and sells Omnipod Insulin Management System to providers, Key Opinion Leaders, rising stars and product users
• Evaluates and supports Certified Pod Training and CSMs in skills needed to be effective and excellent in helping patients moving to Omnipod therapy.
• Works collaboratively with Sales Excellence, Clinical Teams, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and all functions across Insulet Europe to enhance patient training based on business needs of territory, ensuring consistency of message from International to regional deployment.
