Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Portals application using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).

- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to deliver responsive, data-driven portal solutions.
- Build secure, role-based access for internal and external users.
- Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
- Configure authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity providers.
- Follow best practices, uses reusable components, and delivers scalable tools across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application remains current and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and Power Platform development
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and Liquid templates.
- Experience with creating and deploying Agents in Copilot Studio.
- Experience working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and JSON data.
- JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Knowledge of web security best practices and identity authentication systems.
- Experience integrating with external systems
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
- Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices
