Plate dishes with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation . Prepare items in batches efficiently while following all dietary and allergen guidelines . 🧑🍳 Kitchen Operations & Efficiency Keep your station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Use the FEFO method to ensure fresh, safe ingredients. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies. Work closely with the Head Chef and teammates for a seamless service flow . 🧼 Food Safety & Hygiene Follow all food safety regulations , this includes handling, sanitation, and cleaning. Maintain a hygienic kitchen and report any food safety concerns immediately. Handle kitchen equipment responsibly, keeping safety top of mind. 🤝 Teamwork & Growth Jump in to support the team during busy periods. Be collaborative and communicative with kitchen and service teams. Help with mise en place , prep, and daily setup. Embrace learning new techniques and taking on responsibilities to grow. 🌟 What You Bring to the Table Solid cooking skills with a sharp eye for detail and consistency . Great attitude and respect for the craft of cooking. Able to stay cool under pressure in a busy kitchen. Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to team success.
