Requirements

  • Over 10 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on Central Government accounts in Bangladesh or similar markets
  • Proven experience in carrying and delivering against a defined sales quota
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance, and decision-making frameworks in Bangladesh
  • Experience selling integrated technology solutions (Networking, Data Center, Security, Collaboration)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and closing high-value deals
