When and Where: This position is for 2ndt shift /2:30PM - 11:00PM Mon-Fri, located at our Richmond, KY location. What You Need to Have: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions. Minimum 3 year manufacturing experience (required). Must be 18 years of age or older. Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. One year of experience working at Challenge Manufacturing or one-year leadership experience (preferred). Machine operation and/or material handling equipment experience (preferred).
