This role leads daily operations within the vegetative growth areas, including plant care, irrigation, nutrition, integrated pest management (IPM), environmental monitoring, and team development. The Veg Manager works closely with Propagation, Flower, Fertigation, and Cultivation leadership to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality plants while driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the cultivation process.
