About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers. Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures and technical solutions.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to improve software delivery efficiency.
- Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support production issue resolution where required.
- Establish and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development practices where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring development teams of 5 or more engineers for at least 3 years .
- Strong experience delivering enterprise application projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid experience in solution architecture, application design, and technical leadership .
- Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices , including CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC tools and practices (e.g. AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, or code review).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with microservices, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native application development.
