Key to our success will be the deployment and optimization of best practice multi-channel and multi-product marketing for acquisition, growth and retention programs inclusive of the elements necessary for their enablement - building telemarketing capabilities, greater digitalization of our business across the end-to-end customer and partner experience. This would be inclusive of ownership, execution and continuous enhancement of our customer engagement strategy across all channels. This role will develop and drive top and bottom line performance improvement by working with the Global Digital & Direct Marketing function, Regional product towers (Personal Lines, Accident & Health & Travel) and Thailand country teams to sustainably transform our business. This will include, but not be limited to: partnerships management and digital campaign development, performance management and profitability; agile test and learn marketing; customer lifetime management and portfolio optimization. How you will create an impact You are respected for your expertise and/or ability to drive Digital Direct Marketing campaign management with end-to-end processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analytic, experience to drive campaign execution with KPIs achievement as per campaign approval. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcome Sponsor / Account Management Partner relationship management and collaboration with business partners in order to enhance business opportunities over acquisition, cross-sell and other campaigns maximization to achieve revenue stream Customer Marketing and Campaign Management Responsible for new campaign development, organizes and implements cross marketing within Consumer portfolio specific to Accident & Health product and other Consumer products. Campaign implementation and monitoring and drive performance to achieve campaigns KPI Conduct campaign analysis by analyzing campaign results and making suggestions or adjustment. Ensure timely implementation, pre-and post-campaign communication, and administration. Achieve revenue, campaign profitability targets and spend efficiency. Control and manage profit and loss of overall campaign launched. Dealing with Tele Marketing, Product team and other related parties and drive for an excellent performance outcome. Operational management handling such as reporting, agreements, campaign brief, Tele sales script and etc. Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Head of Department What you'll need to succeed Self-driven individual Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, combined with ability to influence people Strong customer management, campaign management & analytical skills Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization Strategic thinker, innovative, creative, and collaborative Min. bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) Minimum 3 years work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consumer Goods is preferred Ready to take your career to the next level?
