Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (AI)

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize advanced automated test frameworks using Python or Java with Selenium or Playwright
• Lead the creation of comprehensive test strategies for AI and agentic AI systems
• Oversee API and integration testing, ensuring coverage for complex workflows
• Analyze and troubleshoot test results, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure testability
• Mentor and guide junior test engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
• Drive documentation standards and ensure clarity in technical specifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in test automation with Python or Java
• Deep expertise with Selenium or Playwright in large-scale environments
• Strong understanding of AI systems, agentic AI, and their testing challenges
• Proven experience in API and integration testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Karate
• Leadership in test methodologies (BDD, TDD, Agile) and test strategy development
• Ability to manage and review both manual and automated test cases
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Requirements

• Experience leading testing in the banking or financial sector
• Background in security testing for enterprise applications
• Experience producing technical documentation and code reviews
