Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.
  • Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.
  • Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.
  • Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.
  • Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).
  • Provide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.
  • Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel.
  • Has a desire to learn and be capable of using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting cleared technical professionals at varying clearance levels, including Public Trust, Secret, and TS/SCI.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
