Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential care setting
- QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) - essential
- Experience leading or supervising teams
- Full UK manual driving licence - essential (rural location)
- Willingness to work long days, sleep-ins, weekends & unsociable hours
- Able to be part of the on-call management rota.
