Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential care setting
• QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) - essential
• Experience leading or supervising teams
• Full UK manual driving licence - essential (rural location)
• Willingness to work long days, sleep-ins, weekends & unsociable hours
• Able to be part of the on-call management rota.
