About the role

As a Shift Leader, you will: Lead shifts and support the team to deliver strong service and food quality Coach, motivate and direct crew throughout the shift Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness and operations Ensure smooth shift execution, especially during peak periods Communicate clearly and keep the team focused and on task Work closely with senior management to drive performance and consistency About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment Is confident taking charge and directing a team during busy periods Leads from the front and is not afraid to get involved Communicates clearly and holds team members accountable Takes pride in high standards and consistent execution Brings energy and focus to every shift This role requires: Availability across evenings and weekends Ability to work late nights Flexibility to support peak trade periods Responsible Service of Alcohol First Aid & CPR - these can be obtained on employment What's in it for you?
