This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, family-centred dietetic care to children and young people living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary diabetes team including Consultants, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Psychologists, and other Allied Health Professionals, contributing to structured diabetes education, nutritional assessments, and ongoing support for children and their families.
