Project Manager / Electrical Manager (Critical Power Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on electrical engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and financial performance against established budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage change orders, and take proactive measures to optimize project profitability.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial summaries, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects/Primavera
