- Conduct driver orientation, training sessions, and coaching programs to promote safe and compliant driving practices. Encourage continuous improvement through recognition, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Vehicle Compliance & Maintenance:
- Oversee fleet vehicle compliance with inspection and maintenance standards under CVSA and provincial regulations.
- Maintain organized records for vehicle inspections, service, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and proactive compliance with vehicle safety standards.
- Incident & Accident Management:
- Lead investigations of collisions, near misses, and workplace incidents, identifying root causes and preventive measures.
