About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehousing Manager to oversee the daily warehouse operations, inventory control, manpower coordination, and delivery arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse workflow, proper stock management, safety compliance, and timely movement of goods. Job Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods. Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues to improve efficiency and productivity. Prepare warehouse reports, delivery records, stock reports, and other operational documents when required. Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure work quality and discipline. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures. Able to supervise workers and manage daily warehouse operations independently. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines. Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment when required. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office or warehouse management systems. Knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse compliance will be an advantage. Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required. Preferred Skills Leadership and team management skills. Experience in handling import/export, delivery coordination, or logistics documentation. Forklift licence or knowledge of warehouse equipment operation will be an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
