Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years working in manufacturing environment on a similar position ( experience in battery, automotive, or FMCG sectors is a distinct advantage )
- Minimum secondary technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, machine building, or a related field

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our production processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing operations, identifying deviations, and supporting immediate corrective actions to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. In your daily work, you will perform inspections, analyze quality issues using structured methodologies such as QRQC, 5Why, or PDCA, and collaborate closely with production and quality engineering teams to resolve discrepancies. Your contribution will directly impact the reliability and safety of our advanced battery systems. You will also support continuous improvement activities by enforcing quality standards, participating in shift handovers, and driving a strong quality mindset across the organization. Acting as a key point of control on the production floor, you will have the authority to stop production or quarantine materials when non-conformities are detected, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
