- Bachelor's degree
- 5 -7 years of progressively responsible management experience
- Academic and/or personal advising experience
- Strong commitment to outstanding customer service with a broad range of stakeholders
- Proven track record in project management
- Professional, calm demeanor and ability to negotiate positive outcomes in the midst of highly stressful situations
- Proficiency in and comfort with Microsoft Suite of products
- Demonstrated exemplary communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, yet collegially, with fellow staff members and with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and other administrators
- Self-motivated with the capacity for handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- An appreciation of and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's degree or Juris Doctorate degree
- Preference for team management experience in a higher education setting
- Preference for technical knowledge and experience in systems used by higher education institutions
