About the Programme Our 3-year accelerated Grocery Business Pathway is designed for high-potential individuals ready to take on real responsibility from the start. You will lead teams, drive operations, and make decisions that impact the business daily. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned leaders, you will build the capabilities to take on leadership roles in our retail operations. Via rotations across our key retail formats of FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Xtra and FairPrice Finest, you will gain a holistic understanding of our business, with a final rotation at Headquarters, where you will connect frontline insights with broader business strategy, completing your understanding of the end-to-end running of our business. Each rotation spans one year, allowing you to: Build deep operational expertise Develop leadership and people management skills Understand different customer segments and business models What you can look forward to Real leadership experience - Lead teams and manage operations from early in your career Business exposure - Structured rotations across our different business formats Structured development - Formal training and mentoring from business leaders Stretch opportunities - Work on impactful projects that shape the business Career acceleration - Fast-track your growth into future leadership roles Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Graduate with not more than 2 years of formal working experience. Related Diplomas, Degrees, qualifications or experience will be a bonus Strong passion for frontline operations in the retail industry Driven and energetic, and keen to lead and drive initiatives Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Positive attitude with strong learning agility and a can-do mindset
