GENERAL MISSION/NHIỆM VỤ CHUNG The Pool/Gym Attendant instructs guest in the operation of a wide variety of cardio and fitness equipment, monitors orderly operation of the fitness room, and provides routine checks to ensure working order of fitness equipment. As well they will oversee the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests and will maintain the cleanliness in swimming deck and surrounding facilities. Pool/Gym Attendants provide customer service and ensure guest safety comes first at the pool/gym areas. Responsibilities include maintaining the pool area in a clean and orderly condition; cleaning and sanitizing pool area for guests and hotel staffs; following procedures to open and close the pool every day; observing the guests in the pool area to ensure pool and general safety regulations are followed. They are often expected to assist lifeguards in helping swimmers in danger. Their more common duties include measuring chemical levels of swimming pool and ensuring they are within safety requirements at all times. Observing the guests in the pool area to ensure pool, fitness and general safety regulations are followed; maintaining deck furniture in a clean and orderly fashion; stacking chairs and transporting to assigned areas; and inspecting deck chairs on a daily basis for condition of straps (if damaged, heavily stained or missing, replacing immediately). Pool Attendants are responsible for measuring the chlorine and PH levels of the pool or pools under their supervision, and then documenting their readings in a log book. Pool Attendant has to follow and check chemicals stocked in store and request Engineer to order if there is little inventory. They are also responsible for making chemical adjustments if the readings are outside of the safety range. Pool Attendants often take these measurements and report to Supervisor, HOD, OM and related departments. Ưu tiên khách hàng, trong khi thực hiện các thủ tục hành chính. It is the Pool Attendant's responsibility to regularly clean these filters, as well as to use the skimmer to remove debris from the pool.
