Reporting to the Plant Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for manufacturing teams. You will ensure training materials, validations, and digital upskilling initiatives are current, effective, and aligned to operational, safety, and quality standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate training activities and support the development of plant capabilities through structured learning programs. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Create, facilitate, and revise training content and materials in both hardcopy and digital formats, including plant-specific training programs within the Learning Management System. Coordinate and deliver new hire training, ensuring completion and accurate documentation in a timely manner. Maintain and update forms and documentation used by the Continuous Skills Development team to ensure accuracy and consistency. Lead Continuous Skills Development and Autonomous Maintenance Deployment pillar activities within the plant. Ensure completion of assigned Continuous Skills Development tasks within established timelines. Manage the Learning Management System, including maintaining content and tracking completion. Identify, develop, and execute training goals and objectives aligned to plant needs. Perform routine health checks and update dashboards to ensure visibility to training progress and compliance. Facilitate trainer meetings and support the development and certification of plant trainers. Coordinate and track annual plant validations using Power Business Intelligence and the Learning Management System. Participate in enterprise-wide Continuous Skills Development improvement initiatives. Support additional Continuous Improvement initiatives Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Adult Learning, or related field. Minimum two years of experience in talent management, human resources, organizational design, or learning and development. Experience designing and developing training plans, content, and curricula, including defining scope. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods with application in a business environment. Experience managing projects and executing tasks under general supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with learning management systems. Experience supporting training in a manufacturing environment and flexible to support off-shift training needs. Knowledge of lean concepts and best practices such as lockout tagout, uninterrupted power supply, workplace improvement practices, continuous improvement events, and business operating systems. Leadership experience is preferred. Physical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process.
