Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Partner with Logistics leaders to implement people plans that align with the business strategy and drive performance across APAC
  • Provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, balancing operational delivery with longer-term people priorities
  • Use data, insights and business understanding to coach leaders, support decision-making and strengthen team effectiveness
  • Design, coordinate and facilitate learning and development initiatives based on business needs, data and insights
  • Ensure compliance with local labour law, internal policies and HR practices across different markets and operating contexts
  • Lead and support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and follow-up actions that strengthen the employee experience
  • Secure accurate HR data, reporting and system processes in collaboration with local HR contacts and superusers
  • Drive clear and effective communication on HR topics, processes and change initiatives across stakeholder groups
  • Monitor operational HR performance, identifying risks, gaps and practical improvement opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador for H&M Group's culture and values across APAC Logistics

Requirements

  • We are looking for people with...
  • A relevant university degree within human resources, behavioural science, business administration or a related field
  • Solid HRBP experience, ideally from a regional, multi-market or operational environment such as logistics, supply chain, retail operations or similar
  • Strong knowledge of HR core processes, including employee relations, performance management, talent, engagement, onboarding and offboarding
  • Good understanding of labour law, HR compliance and how to work effectively across different local contexts
  • Experience supporting leaders, driving people-related initiatives and facilitating learning or development activities
  • Strong HR data and system literacy, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across different levels, countries and cultures
