Championing Children's Wellbeing Attend placement planning meetings and contribute to care plans. Ensure children's voices are heard and their needs are met. Support transitions to independence and contribute to Pathway Plans. Ensuring Quality and Compliance Complete assessments, reviews, and statutory checks in line with regulations. Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to safeguarding concerns. Present reports to the Fostering Panel and ensure all documentation is up to date. Collaborating and Advocating Work closely with local authorities, schools, health professionals, and other stakeholders. Participate in support groups, forums, and social events for carers and children. Promote the agency's values and uphold its strong reputation.
