As a 3rd Party Operations & Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end supply execution, operational excellence, and inventory optimization across toll manufacturing and turnkey supplier networks. You will operate at the intersection of Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing, ensuring strong service delivery and business continuity What you'll be doing? 1. 3rd Party Manufacturing & Operations Management Own planning and execution for 3rd party manufacturing operations, including Toll Blending, Toll Filling, and Turnkey supplies, ensuring seamless supply continuity. Drive daily & weekly production alignment with Production Schedulers and 3P partners to deliver committed plans. Lead day-to-day operational coordination with 3rd party sites, proactively managing risks, constraints, and execution challenges. Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance, including monthly stock count governance and timely system updates (PID postings). Collaborate with Deployment Planning to optimize stock movement across depots, ensuring right product, right location, right time. Partner with Sales teams to provide proactive visibility on stock availability, enabling reliable customer commitments. Publish a comprehensive Daily India Stock Report, tracking forecast vs. delivery vs. stock availability, providing actionable insights to drive faster decision-making and improve service levels. 2. Turnkey Supplier & Procurement Management (Greases & Coolants) Develop and publish the monthly procurement plan, aligned to demand, inventory strategy, and supply constraints. Engage closely with 3rd party suppliers to ensure plan adherence, resolve constraints, and deliver consistent service performance. Prioritize critical SKUs and drive schedule adherence for high-impact grades, minimizing customer disruption. Partner with PLM teams to enable smooth new product introductions (NPIs) and ensure timely, successful product launches. Act as the focal point for supplier performance management, resolving operational, quality, and payment-related issues effectively. Lead localization initiatives for imported SKUs, driving supply chain resilience, cost efficiency, and responsiveness from a 3P delivery perspective. 3. Inventory Optimization & Data Governance Maintain and continuously enhance Material Master Data (lead times, buffers) in systems such as DDMRP and SAP. Monitor and drive reduction of non-moving and slow-moving inventory, unlocking working capital. Track and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for critical SKUs, proactively mitigating supply risks. What we need from you? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Planning. Hands-on experience in Production Planning and Execution. Experience managing 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM), Toll Blending, Toll Filling, Contract Manufacturing, or Turnkey Suppliers. Experience working within FMCG, Chemicals, Lubricants, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or similar industries. Proven experience in supplier relationship and performance management. Experience managing external manufacturing partners and ensuring production plan adherence. Experience coordinating with suppliers for Greases, Coolants, or similar products is preferred.
