Deliver top-notch customer service that delights guests. Manage reservations, front desk & CRM system . Handle POS, billing, closing & petty cash . Assist with event planning, rostering & inventory checks . Lead service teams and coordinate with other departments. Uphold the highest hygiene, safety & service standards . 🎓 Who We're Looking For Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business or related fields preferred. Proficiency in Chinese preferred to liaise with customers. Strong communication, positive attitude, passion for hospitality.
