The Device Trust Team's mission is to ensure that only known, healthy, and compliant devices can access the enterprise apps and data that businesses depend on. We operate at the intersection of identity, security, and endpoint management. Our product runs 125+ real-time security health checks, integrates with leading IDPs (Okta, Entra ID, Google), and empowers IT and security teams with complete visibility into their devices. Rather than locking users out, we guide employees to self-remediate security issues, balancing strong protection with a seamless user experience. You'll support the Device Trust product team in delivering enhanced experience that helps customers implement device security and manage emerging device risks. This internship is hands-on and you'll contribute to discovery, definition, and execution of product work, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners. This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - September to December 2026. What You Can Expect Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, common frameworks and principles (e.g., Zero Trust), and best practices (threats, risk, controls, governance/compliance concepts), with an ability to connect these ideas to real product and customer outcomes. Familiarity with IAM systems and common authentication and authorization methods and protocols (e.g., SSO concepts, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA); and ability to document how Device Trust workflows integrate with or support these patterns. Work with PMs and cross-functional partners to turn product initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, FAQs, and release notes to communicate customer value. Have practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g., research, writing, synthesis, prototyping), with good judgment around quality, privacy, and responsible use. Summarize and structure input from support, sales, and customer conversations into themes tied to measurable outcomes (what problem it represents, who it affects, severity, proposed solutions, and how success should be measured).
