Hana Film creates experiences that help people make memories worth keeping. With outlets across Singapore and Malaysia, we welcome thousands of customers each day through our photobooths. From booth concepts and store visuals, to photostrips and seasonal launches, creativity sits at the heart of everything we do. We're a growing brand looking for creatives who enjoy bringing ideas to life, collaborating closely with a small team, and creating work that people interact with in real time every day. If you love design, storytelling, and building experiences that make people smile, we'd love to meet you. You'll be the engine behind Hana Film's brand presence and growth, running content across socials, supporting outlet launches and campaigns, and helping build out Hana Events as a wedding and corporate offering. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our outlets
• Plan and execute content across Instagram and TikTok for all outlets
• Support outlet openings and seasonal campaigns end-to-end, from content calendars to launch promos
• Build out marketing content and campaigns for Hana Events
• Manage and grow our creator/influencer collaborations
• Keep our brand voice and visuals consistent across platforms, working closely with our designer
• Track what's working eg. engagement, bookings, campaign performance and adjust accordingly
• Support website updates

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships count!)
• Strong instinct for what makes content work on TikTok/Instagram
• Comfortable with tools like Canva; bonus if you've dabbled in Adobe Illustrator
• Organized and able to juggle multiple outlets/campaigns at once
• A self-starter who's happy to get hands-on
