About the role

Assist in restoring fibre faults and ensuring reliable network performance and service quality. Coordinate onsite activities with technicians and contractors during implementation and maintenance works. Project Coordination & Field Operations Support fibre diversion projects linked to roadworks, infrastructure developments, and construction activities. Track project schedules, milestones, and implementation progress to ensure smooth delivery. Liaise with contractors, agencies, and stakeholders to minimize service disruptions during migration works. Systems, Safety & Collaboration Gain hands-on experience with operational systems such as Change Management, SAP, NLT MARS, and DFF. Prepare operational reports, project updates, and work tracking documentation.
