Assistant Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• To assist Poject Engineer in any new project and engineering change development.
• To assist Project Engineer in any engineering change project as assigned by Project Engineering Manager.
• To assist Project engineer in preparing critical dimension points from part drawing and record in the critical dimension and
• appearance list.
• To assist project engineer doing buy off 1st shot sample during trial run.
• To assist project engineer preparing all of the new project PPAP documents and sample submitted to customer on time.
• To coordinate with tooling personnel on items to be repaired and / or to be modified.
• To assist project engineer monitor the trial samples and trial documents submission schedule to Customer.
• To assist project engineer coordinate FMEA & APQP meeting with APQP team members.
• To assist project engineer coordinate validation process.
• Authorities:
• To reject any trial sample that does not fulfill customer requirements.
