Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling company products, services, and campaigns
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow business within existing retailers and acquire new accounts in assigned territories
- Monitor retailer purchase trends and recommend effective sales strategies to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retailers through regular engagement and support

- Inform retailers of new products, pricing, promotions, and company initiatives to support sales efforts

- Coordinate SIM card deliveries and stock replenishment activities to maintain adequate retailer inventory
- Monitor and recommend replenishment of retailer stock levels to prevent shortages
- Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) at retail outlets according to company standards
- Verify promotional materials are displayed correctly to maximize marketing impact
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports, route visit reports, and activity updates to management
- Maintain detailed records of retailer interactions and business opportunities for effective follow-up
- Provide market feedback, competitor information, and retailer insights to support strategic decisions
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements in all activities
- Maintain communication and operational continuity during absences by managing handovers and remaining contactable for urgent retailer matters
- Required competencies and certifications:
- Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective retailer relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in field sales, telecommunications, FMCG, retail distribution, or related industries preferred
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred) to facilitate territory coverage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and communication
