Responsibilities Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Active Texas LPC-Associate license. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records. Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred. Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong clinical documentation skills. Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
