Auto Body Technician Qualifications: - Ability to use frame and measuring equipment - Repair/straighten metal panels - Repair vehicles per OEM requirements - Willingness to learn - Team Player - I-CAR certification preferred - A valid state driver's license in order to drive customer or company vehicles - 3 years experience * Strong communication - Ability to communicate at a high level with our team members * Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes * Education and Experience - Completion of high school or equivalent and five-plus years of automotive painting experience preferred * Goal-oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance
